With over 30 years experience for Linda Moss (designer) and Ken Singleton (goldsmith), Singleton-Moss stands behind the work created. 

Pricing, as per usual with Singleton-Moss, is determined on a piece-by-piece basis.   This is to reflect not only the materials used, but the design and labor-intensity specific to each creation. 

For custom-design pieces, Singleton-Moss requires 50% deposit of total cost at the start of each piece's production.

Jewelry   sold through our online store may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days after purchase, as long as item(s) are in salable/ showroom quality upon return.   Singleton-Moss must emphasize that each piece must be returned in an uncompromised condition from that it was sold for a return or exchange each item must first be approved, by Singleton-Moss, of being in said condition. 

Shipping costs are determined by the pricing of each item we ship each piece according with insurance of its value.
